What you'll do You coordinate and monitor the operational processes and you're the link between the floor, the team leaders and the operations manager. In practice that means:
- You spot bottlenecks and put lasting improvements in place.
- You work closely with colleagues on the floor and steer teams toward good cooperation.
- You build support for changes and improvement initiatives.
- You always know what's going on across the floor.
- You're visibly present and you know the operation inside out. The processes run 24/7, so you'll work in rotating shifts.

What you bring
- MBO working and thinking level at minimum.
- A certificate of good conduct (VOG) you can provide.
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Available Monday through Saturday, full-time or part-time.
- Analytically strong and solution-focused.
- You connect people and guide changes through to a good result.
- Proactive, results-driven and a strong communicator.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.
Where you'll work You will be working at a dynamic logistics location in Vijfhuizen or Beverwijk, where no two days are the same. Together with a friendly and committed team, you will work in a warehouse where all kinds of activities take place, from parcels to pallets and a wide range of logistics operations. It is an environment where teamwork, quality and a hands-on mentality are key, and where you help keep the daily operation running smoothly.
